The master-planned community offers a variety of neighborhoods with many different types of home designs to those looking for a new home. They are located in seven of the villages – The Ridges, The Cliffs, Reverence, The Paseos, Summerlin Centre, South Square and Stonebridge.
There are lots of options with the community from single-family homes to town homes that are priced starting from the $300,000s. Plus in you are looking for a home for a quick move-in there are quite a few options.
In The Ridges you can find homes in Sterling Ridge by William Lyons Homes – there are a few for move-in in December. There are three neighborhoods of newly built homes in The Cliffs – Vistara by Pulte Homes, Skystone by Woodside Homes and Nova Ridge by Pardee Homes. There are single-story and two-story homes available in these neighborhoods.
Reverence is a village that all the homes are built by one homebuilder – Pulte Homes. This village will be comprised of several different neighborhoods and offers starter homes all the way to large lot estate homes in gated areas.
The Paseos offers several different home designs in Capistrano by CalAtlantic Homes. There are five two-story homes for a quick move-in. A couple of these homes have rooftop decks and well as upper decks in the rear of the home.
In Stonebridge there is the neighborhood of Caledonia by KB Homes. They have a single-story home for immediate move-in – 1965 square feet with three bedrooms, 2 ½ baths and 10 foot ceiling throughout the home.
