The best three words in real estate are "Clear to Close"!
When that happens, everyone knows home buyers will soon be able to move into their new home and sellers will soon be able to move on with their lives.
There is a lot of things that have to happen before we hear those words and especially buyers have to be diligent to follow all the directives and meet the demands of their lender.
I've been working with a family for the last several weeks on the purchase of their new waterfront home in Weeki Wachee Florida. It will be a dream come true for them to live on the water.
The husband is a Veteran and they are financing their home purchase with a VA loan. It was not an easy process and we had to overcome a few hurdles including appraisal, inspection issues, and flood insurance requirements among others.
These buyers have been some of the most patient and diligent home buyers I have been working with and just in time for Thanksgiving, they received their "Clear to Close" as a reward!
We will be closing on their new home next week!
I am so excited for them and today I am thankful for diligence!
