Open House means come on in y'all.
Members of the neighborhood, when you see that open house sign, I want you to come on in. Oh, you say, "Karen, I'm not buying a house today." "I was just looking for yard sales." " I'm just out for a walk" Folks, that's not a problem at all. Open house means open to the public.

Come on in. Look at what is new in homes. Get ideas on what you might want to change in your own home. Check out the upgrades you can add at home to make it better. What about this great color in the kitchen. Look at those floors. Just think of the honey-do list you could make. (sorry guys)

Don't be shy. Agents will not bite. I'll will be glad to show you around. I know that the more people that see our open house the better the chance the home will find it's new buyer. Let me know what you think of the home. Agents need feedback.
Of course, take my card so down the road when you have a real estate question, I can help.
I want you to see what is available. Now you go home and tell cousin Connie tonight about the charming house you saw today. Mom's, I want you to tell your son Bryant about the amazing new home you visited and how he should think about moving closer to you. Tell your neighbor, tell your mailman (or woman), tell your co-workers, your church members and family.
Why? Because chances are you know someone who wants to move. It may be you and you just don't know it yet. You may be inspired to downsize or move closer or even upgrade. Or perhaps it's a family member or friend who has never even thought about this area until you tell them. If this is your neighborhood, who knows better how wonderful this area is? Tell them why you live here and why you love it. Tell them why they would love it too!
So next Saturday, instead of sitting at home or wishing for something to do. Stop by and see some great open houses. See you there!
nice posting on open houses., I think they work well too. Good luck
