Last night again I got completely disgusted with a "guru" giving a webinar..
He had 1000 people on it and made a $400/month offer for mediocre stuff .. he said what he was offering was worth $5000..
He also said he has 1000's of clients .. if that is so you sure aren't going to get any of his personal attention probably only speak top a staff member ( Not An Experienced Realtor)
He offered some nice strategies and a video conference with everyone twice a month..
