Luma by Pardee homes will hold its grand opening on December 2 at Fort Apache Road and Patrick Road in the southwest valley.
The new gated neighborhood features three single-story floor plans from 2,639 to 3,028 square feet in four different home designs – Mid-Century Modern, Modern Spanish, Desert Contemporary and Modern Craftsman. The prices are set to start from the mid $400,000s.
All the homes have open floor plans and have many different options – second master suites, stackable of sliding glass doors for indoor/outdoor living and covered patios to name a few.
Luma Plan One is 2,639 square feet with up to four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and den and three-car garage.
Luma Plan Two offers 2,718 square feet and can accommodate up to four bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, a den and two-car garage plus a single-bay tandem garage.
Luma Plan Three is 3,028 square feet that offers four bedrooms, three bathrooms, game room and a three car garage. This plan offers the option of a second master-bedroom instead of the third and fourth bedroom.
The hours of the Home Gallery are 10a.m. to 5p.m. Tuesday through Sunday and noon to 5p.m. on Mondays.
