Average price per sq foot: $91 (down only 6% from last year)
Sold to List Price: 97% (down only 1% from last year)
Pending Sales: 256
Average Days on the Market: 71 days
New Listings: 627
Active Listings: 1795 (only down 6% from last year!)
Months Supply of homes: 5.1 (only up 8% from last year)
Conclusion: The Denton County Market is still hanging in there! It is a buyer's market but historically Texas has always been mainly a Buyer's Market. Homes are still selling for a high price per square foot and a high percentage of the list price.
