Yummy? You bet!!!
Lots of crispy pig skin (chicharron)? Absolutely!
Bad for you? Of course!!!!!

Hi Kathy - That looks great. There was a restaurant in Atlanta called The Abby, locted in a fine old church. 8 of us had a "Tom Jones" dinner (movie reference for you youngsters) in the choir loft once - 4 waiters in monk's habits delivered the pig on a giant silver platter, and we had mugs of mead. The thing that made it a "Tom Jones" dinner was that there was no silverware 
Mmmm...oink ! Very popular here in the summer....and a number of companies who will do them for you...along with lamb and chickens if you wish ....have to wait till the weather warms here to enjoy this !
