In November of 2017, California associations of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that a median list price of a home and a condo was $697,625 in Glendale, California in October of 2017 declined from $755,000 in September of 2017, and decreased from $709,500 in October of 2016. The average price per square foot of a home and a condo was $483.00 in October of 2017 higher from $439.00 in September of 2017, and rose from $439.00 in October of 2016 in Glendale, California.

Homes and condos averaged 37.0 days in the market in October of 2017, down from 42.5 days in September of 2017, but up from 36.5 days in October of 2016. While, an average there were 3.6 months inventory of homes and condos available in the market in October of 2017, inrease from 2.9 months in September of 2017, but dropped from 3.9 months in October of 2016, in Glendale, California according to C.A.R in October of 2017.
