Today’s View – November 30, 2017 Detached homes – New Market Md.

This is a market report on existing detached homes in New Market, Md. 21774 for sale.  At the time of this report (11/30/17) not including new construction there are 50 such homes on the market FOR SALE, another 24 under contract, and 15 that have sold in the last 30 days. Thus the absorption rate (50/15) shows a 3.33 months inventory, which is considered a sellers market.
