While there won't always be a perfect match in the Cincinnati area for a finished (or almost finished) new construction home, there are generally a fairly large number of them ready.
Major builders such as Fischer and Drees often build homes with no specific buyer, picking popular plans and finishes and hoping that a buyer comes along that either loves their choices, or comes along early enough in the process to change those finishing touches to something the buyer prefers.
The nice thing about the homes that DON'T get a buyer until the builder is almost finished? Unlike the build to order homes, there IS some negotiating room on those move-in ready homes. The builders want to get their capital back out of the finished home and on to building the next home, so there's room for us to get you a good deal if there's a home that is ready AND it fits your needs for location, price and style.
And sometimes these move-in ready homes are more than just the standard two story or ranch homes, but may even include a Cincinnati patio home. Our builder notifications in the last week have confirmed that there are at least 3 patio homes finished and ready for a buyer!
