Sometimes only one spouse is able to make the intial house shopping trip and Facebook becomes an invaluable tool to show the spouse still at home in another state, the house, the layout....answer questions and become part of the buying decision. We have had times when neither Buyer can be at the home and we tour it with Facetime so that they don't miss an opportunity to buy a particular home. We sometimes video the tour at the same time so that the Buyers can have a "second showing" without physically being in the house.
Technology has come a long way....from the "olden days" of one picture of the exterior of the house to a buying decision made without ever being in a house...we live in amazing times !
