Showing Appreciation

Thanksgiving is over but that doesn't mean we can't show gratitude to our clients. While reading Silvia Duke's post, she wrote something that stood out to me:

"A few years ago, I received a note from another agent after a completed transaction with a small gift card for coffee. I was so surprised and thrilled that I decided I would start doing this as well."

It stood out because she remembered how great she felt in that moment and decided to do the same. She comes up with different ways to show her appreciation such as sending thank-you notes and small gifts.

Currently, I'm hosting a movie screening for my clients and had a pie giveaway last year. It's a big project, and I can't wait to report to you how it goes. So far we have had tremendous response. We are showing Star Wars - stay tuned for an "after-action" report.

How do you show your thankfulness to your clients?
