Close-in Frisco, Texas location - 2650 sq ft - $233,990...

By
Real Estate Agent with New Home Hunters of Fort Worth and Tarrant County

Once again New Home Hunters DFW uncovers another gem... a diamond... hidden away in just down the street and around the corner from the vast Stonebriar Mall complex in Frisco, Texas.

A sparklingly new Patio Home community is spreading it's gorgeous wings, and with it's close-in location... is quickly becoming a very sought-after location.

The two-story model below features a master down, huge family room, open gourmet kitchen with wrap-around-windowed breakfast area, and a formal dining room (which could also be used as a den/study/computer room/home office.)

In the above picture the front window on the left the formal dining room, and the window near the covered porch is bedroom four... complete with it's own full bath.

Upstairs we find two additional bedrooms and a full bath, and an optional gameroom.  It is just unbelievable how much space this home has... but yet it remains seemingly hidden away.  Seeing is believing.  Pricing is at $233,990 for 2650 square feet of living space.  Sales are brisk, and homes are available at all stages of construction.

To arrange for your very own personal tour of the above home, call the New Homes Hotline at (972) 951-4350.  To see additional homes in this and other price ranges, visit our website at www.NewHomeHuntersDFW.com .

My Poor Homesick Thesa:  It is never fun to be homesick.  It's a hurt that does not disappear easily.  Huggs to you, Ms Thesa.  I very much understand how you must feel.  Take care.  By the way... I've got one of these lovely homes with your name on it... LOL.

Gita:  This is a really great home.  Brand new, and just full of standard features that many other builders charge extra for.  I wish you could see it.  Thanks for your kind words... take care...

Lindsay:  I am usually pretty good at mortgage financing, but will have to really search for a mortgage program that allows you to use your left foot for the down payment.  This may take awhile :)

Seriously, is it such a pretty home, and if only we could pick it up and move it to Baton Rouge... but then it would probably cost twice as much.  Thanks so much for your kind comments.  Take care...

Jennifer:  It is a great home, and priced well.  It is also quite unusual in that all of the homes in this new builder neighborhood feature rear-entry garage.  That feature is one usually saved for much more expensive homes.  Thanks for your kind comments.  Take care...

Well Hi Chris Ann:  Nice to see you.  Yes, I took this at about seven-thirty at night... just as the sun was starting to go down.  I think it gave a nice "cast" to the home.  Thanks for your kind words.
