Fed Funds Rate Hike Handicapping Continues to Develop

Today crude oil opened above $57 per barrel, the yield on the 10 Year Treasury note was 2.38% and stock futures were pointing upward.  Market watchers expect that there will be 190,000 new non-farm jobs added when the government jobs report is released on Friday.  Fed funds futures are down to a 90% chance of a rate hike in the wake the 1.4% year over year increase in the PCE (Personal Consumption Expenditure).  The Dow dropped 109 points on the day.
