After yesterday's sell off in stocks, European and other foreign markets followed suit today. Stock futures here opened lower and a trend of moderates losses today coincided with some profit taking. Amazingly ADP reported 190,000 new non-farm job creations in November in exact alignment with expectations. The Mortgage Bankers Association reported that the average conforming 30 year rate fell from 4.20 to 4.19% last week. The Dow was down a meager 39 points today.
