 I have a low conversion rate on my page for new clients. I do have a high retention rate.  My current and past clients seem to enjoy a variety of pages and seller's like to see their property posted.

Thanks for bringing up the issue of changes to come.

I spent more money on ads than in the past. Tried different areas targeted. I had thousands view the ads, but no leads.

It is obvious something is not working and I don't know what.

The 50-65 demographic is the fastest growing demogrphic in Facebook and Facebook is still the strongest social media conduit however due to its algorythmns, getting out there is getting more difficult.

Anita I am always on Facebook. Though 2018 I plan to cut back and hire someone to do automatic posts on my Facebook Pages and redo it so it can capture more buyer and seller leads-something it hasn't done for me yet. Thanks for sharing.
