Three well known and well thought of Tooele County New Home Builders were recognized by Builder Magazine last month.

According to Curt Dowdle, executive officer of the Salt Lake Home Builders Association in his May 17th article, six New Home Builders that operate in Utah have been listed as "Biggest Builders for 2007".

Three of the six are real active here in Tooele County. They are Ivory Homes, Richmond American Homes, and Fieldstone Residential Communities.  Lets look at each one, and see what kind of New Homes they are building in Tooele County .

Ivory Homes:
Ivory Homes has a beautifully affordable community in Stansbury Park, at Benson Mill Crossing with large Town Homes with 2 car garages from the $140s, and new home designs of single family homes from the $200s. This month Ivory Homes has promoted 100% financing on single family homes.

Richmond American Homes:
For a number of years now, Richmond American Homes has offered a broad selection of affordable homes in the Stansbury Park Area. Currently they are building homes in Starside II from the $230s, Picket Lane II, from the $190s, and Stansbury Place starting in the $220s. Since Richmond American Homes has been building houses for a number of years in Stansbury, you will frequently find a pre-owned golf course, or lake front home available in this fine neighborhood.

Fieldstone Residential Communities:
Stansbury Place is the second time around for Fieldstone homes in Stansbury Park. Their original project in Stansbury has worn well and provided many families a resale opportunity.  In Tooele City Fieldstone has homes for sale in the low $200s in its Copper Canyon Community. Fieldstone homes are the "Big Homes, Small Prices" folks.
