I just wanted to share with you a referral I placed from using the Active Rain Network. My sister has a vacant lot in Del Rio Texas that she needed to sell. She asked me to find her a realtor and my search started on Active Rain. Sure, I could have gone through our referral office and they would have found someone in Del Rio Texas but this is family we are talking about!! I wanted to make sure that I had a little background on the realtor that would be handling this listing. Unfortunately there were not many realtors to choose from that are AR members in Del Rio but I did find Rita Rosales from Starr Realty!
She was very quick to respond to my referral and although it took some time for paperwork to get back and forth we are not only getting the property on the market this week but, she already has a buyer!!!
