Bend Real Estate Sales Slow As Winter Approaches
As the days shorten and the weather gets colder as we approach the start of winter and the end of year holiday season, real estate sales in Bend typically slow. The November 2017 trends are no different than what we traditionally see this time of year. - Number of homes for sale is up 8.6%

Our Predictions for Bend Oregon Single Family Home Sales
Last winter Central Oregon experienced unexpected record breaking snow. This year, the early snow has not been close to the level sustained the winter of 2016-2017. If we end up with a more typical winter, we anticipate Bend single family home sales to follow our normal trends with a slow down, but not as drastic as last winter when snow drifts made driving and showing property extremely difficult.
