Working in Denver property management means that you can pick out great parts of town when you are out in the field so consistently day after day.   One of the staples we have found in Denver is Skyline Park.  This park is consistently a great time and well kept.  It always has an enthusiastic crowd there when there is a local event or happening.  There is a family friendly atmosphere to the park during the day and it still feels safe at night.  There will be some great art installations coming in the next few years.  The current art pieces are great, and the city only plans to add more down the line.  This is great for the aesthetic of the area and the neighborhoods that surround it.

The Skyline Park Ice Rink will be a permanent fixture starting next week and going all the way until the second week of January.  The rink is on the northwest corner of the intersection of 16th and Arapahoe.  The rink will be free always, for both adults and children.  Skate rentals will be only $2 and there should be plenty to go around.  The rink is not too large, so it can get crowded quick especially on a busy night.  The coldest nights are probably the most inviting ones, due to how unseasonably warm it has been each week.  Nights where the temperature is too high the rink will shut down.  There are plenty of other events that come along with the skating rink.  There will be live music and DJ’s and there are Friday and Saturday night concerts.  Saturday afternoons will have skating lessons, and the family entertainment will be provided on Sunday afternoons.

If you are hoping to engage in some Holiday events, be sure to call Blue Olive Properties for any Denver property management needs.
