I've definately thought of getting into Yoga, but not necessarily teaching it.  Is this good even for the most clumsey of us, or does it require a bit of background knowledge?

Yoga is so good.......I started Yoga 4 years ago and LOVE it! My wife teaches Yoga and I take her classes and am actually taking her Yoga Teacher Training coming up in a few weeks. To take the teacher training, you need no prior knowledge, but it would help if you had at least taken a few classes. Most people that take the Yoga Teacher Training will never teach themselves, but want to know more about Yoga and the fundamentals of it.  Power Yoga, or Ashtanga Yoga is awesome, keeps you toned and fit and is great all around. You should try to take Yoga at a local Yoga Studio near you. Oliver
