I have probably called him 212 times asking questions over the years and ONLY four times, did he say: “I don’t know.” Which shocked me to hear that empty answer from my best friend Roy.
When I am down, I take Roy to lunch: Down Problem Solved in 33 minutes flat.
Roy had me list his primary residence for sale last year.
I said to myself: “Self you have to make an awesome impression now on Roy.
And I did: Open house on the first day on the market, eight parties came through in two hours. The first one was a woman, the last one was a man, who was going to marry that woman.
They bought the house. $540,000.
Who says higher priced homes take longer to sell? Ignore Realtors who talk negative like that. They are spreading fake news. By the way Roy is getting married June 2, 2018
In past years, when people as, if he is married, Roy replies with: “I have successfully completed two marriages.”
Roy has stacks and stacks of accomplishments.
He was even a member of RENT A FAN CLUB, which I created, greeting people at the Sky Harbor International Airport, surprising and sometimes embarrassing them. Singing a song to welcome them home, or welcome them for visiting Phoenix.
Roy is NADOTA Now A Duplicate Of The Average.
