Sally, good luck with your open house today.  I hope you get a whole bunch of traffic, interested buyers, and perhaps a contract!  I've just started an open house about 1/2 hour ago and am waiting for the first visitors to come on by.

Good luck selling it today! Is this considered a prefabricated home? Looks like it could be mobile.

Nope...just above ground. It's set next to the little mountain/hill thing so I presume for reasons of rains etc. It's a double wall contruction home with vinyl siding (saves from red dirt :)  Thanks Neal.

Sally, Good luck today on your open house; it looks smaller from the outside shot then it is with all that square footage and the inside shots look great.

How did it go today with the Open House,Sally? I was noticing the property tax is so very low. The tax on that property her in CA. would 1.124% of the sales price and would be $6182 per year. You mentioned $134 per month or $1508 per year. A pretty big difference.
