Pheasant Terrine with Figs and Pistachios from Fabrique Delices
One of our local merchants, Chop Shop Butchery, carries the pâtés from Fabrique Delices. Chef Dolores selected the Pheasant Terrine with Figs and Pistachios for our happy hour at home. This is a coarse textured game pâté prepared from tender pheasant meat, figs, pistachios and port wine. Click on the links to learn more.
This was an excellent selection and we enjoyed it with a couple of cheeses and some very good wine.
