We just had to take a photo of this very fit Santa. He stood there smiling and showing off his trim slim self. He told us that Mrs. Claus has had him on a very healthy diet. Since last Christmas he has been running a mile a day three times a week, and practicing Yoga and meditation.

He's doing a better job of staying fit than I am this holiday season. I am now 20 pounds away from my goal to lose 15 pounds that I made in my New Years resolution at the beginning of this year.
