Cadence, a master-planned community in Henderson has already sold its 600th home and has started adding more amenities for residents.
The community has broken ground on an adventure playground park and a dog park. Cadence also hosts events such as DeCadence and Autumn in the Park that invites all people living in Southern Nevada to attend. In 2018, Water Street will be connected to run from Cadence to downtown Henderson. There are also plans for a fire station to be built to serve the community.
Other projects are on the way from new home builders Woodside Homes, CalAtlantic Homes, Richmond American Homes and Heritage by Lennar. Currently these homebuilders have 30 model homes ready for viewing.
Both CalAtlantic and Woodside homes are homebuilder partners in the Nevada Builder Trade-In Program that is operated by The Smith Team. We also work with other builders other than our builder partners that are sitting with standing inventory and we offer similar benefits as the Nevada Builder Trade-In Program.
Cadence offers several amenities to the residents- a bike-share program, neighborhood parks, community sports fields for pickleball and tennis, a community pool and splash pads, plus exclusive community events. Work has begun on Phase II of Central Park – and when completed will offer a large turf area and exercise space.
