2. Santa is bringing buyers who got ore-approved at a local and trusted bank. Being prepared to get a mortgage should be your first step of the buying process.
3. Santa is bring more listings for 2018. Home Owners are seeing more homes for sale which means they can find their dream home and sell their home.
4. Santa is bringing local appraisers, those knowledgeable of the local market who are getting appraisal's done quickly. Santa knows we are seeing a shortage of appraisers in some markets and that is bringing in out of town and even out of state appraisers here NH.
5. Santa is bringing new listings that are priced at or just below market value. Santa knows over priced listings are not selling.

9. Santa brings another book. "Home values you find online, may be far from real." Santa knows that those Real Estate sites you find online, do not always have near the correct value for your home. Do not base your home value by something you see online.
10. Santa brings is latest land last book "All agents are not created equal". That all agents ar enot the same. Choose a "GOOD" agent, not just any agent.
The moral of the story is to not rush into hiring just any agent. That we all know that there is a difference from agent to agent. That a Buyer or Seller should not choose just any agent, choose the BEST agent for the job. The key to this story is feelings to matter in real estate and need to be kept in mind in ones actions.
