Avoid being SCROOGED this holiday season!
Certain times of the year can be tough on people who may be alone, have experienced traumatic events or are grieving the loss of loved ones. While some remain effervescent, others get immersed in sadness or anger at what they're dealt.
Everyone handles grief differently. It is important to speak about it, to feel it, keep to the routines, eat and get as much sleep as possible.
Family and friends may lend support, allow them to love and care, it's what they do! Hugs and kisses from those who hold significance can be very healing especially during holiday occasions.
Share those special times with no regrets and avoid being SCROOGED, ain't nobody got time for that! Merry Christmas all!
