The Radio Show And A Phone

It is Sunday and at noon I host a live radio show.

ALL ABOUT REAL ESTATE is a weekly live talk show. 

Being December I chose to talk about a different kind of giving...the

gift of time. 

The original  purpose of my show...  Getting my unique properties sold .

And the show does promote all of my listings.

 Just like Kathy Streib does a weekly post giving highlights of some Ah Ha moments and Carol Williams finds good reads that have not been officially featured..

I enjoy coming up with topics every week for my live show. 

And this week's radio topic was sparked by a comment, made yesterday, by   an ActiveRain member who I invited to call the show today. 

Today the show was enhanced by Debe Maxwell, CRS  sharing how she helped a buyer win a home even though there were multiple offers.

Debe did not win by being the highest bidder. Debe won by finding out what the seller needed and wrote that into the contract.
