Sashimi at home: no it is not Chef Morimoto just a Los Angeles Realtor who loves great Japanese food. In case you are not familiar with Sashimi, it is a Japanese delicacy consisting of very fresh raw meat or fish sliced into thin pieces and enjoyed with various condiments. Some of you who follow my posts regularly know I love good food. So this was a combination of Sushi and Sashimi.
