Earlier this week, Phoenix Scottsdale priciest home this year in 2017 sold for $15,650,000 on Mommy Mountain Road in Paradise Valley. It is likely the priciest home in all of Arizona for 2017.
Incidentally, sold by my brokerage.
Built in 2011, at 14,200 SF of living space, it sits on the lower part of a section of the mountain on about 5.2 acres.
The second most priciest home this year was sold in September for $7,500,000 in Silverleaf, Scottsdale. Built in 2010, at 12,380 SF of living space, on 1.63 acres.
And the third most priciest home this year was sold in November for $5,540,000 again in Silverleaf, Scottsdale. Built in 2013, at 7,051 SF of living space, on 1.71 acres.
