Here it is...Sunday...the day to rest...yeah, right! More like the day of Open Houses and Thunderstorms!
Genuine empathy to all my Realtor friends that had to endure a very long and quiet open house today in Delaware and the surrounding areas. If the clouds weren't pouring rain, well then, they certainly were threatening enough to keep anyone inside. Hopefully your Open House was a success!
The same was true for the County Board of Realtors Golf Outing on Friday...cancelled due to rain! Well...I will surely keep you posted as to what shenanigans we have planned for our Realtor friends when that shindig is finally rescheduled!
SSHHHH....now this is a secret...so don't tell anyone...One of the "big shot", not to be named mortgage broker types in this here area is naming little ole moi as the Home Stager that they will recommend to all of their Realtors and home sellers. Stage Right! Home Staging will be featured with a full page article (yes, with pictures!) in their soon to be released newsletter! I will be sure to get a link in the blog after it is released! But don't tell anyone.......
