What happens when a group of real estate agents across North America (I do not say the United States because one of us is in Montreal) agree to hold each other accountable to work out 150 times in one year?
What happens is you get it done! Some of us are overachievers (looking toward Montreal at Tanya Nouwens, my go-to RE/MAX Agent in that area.) Tanya is not only a good friend but a kick-butt agent and a stager! You can get to know her better by clicking here. She has so far exceeded 150, she's probably working on her 170th by now!
I have a happy place that's filled with great friends and it happens to be my fitness club, ACAC. There are so many great and fun instructors there but my all time favorite for a great workout that includes total belly laugh fitness is Michael Hartman. Smart, talented, funny and cute as all get out, I chose to make my 150th workout in his class!
While I kind of expected some glitter falling from the sky or the Philadelphia Mummers, alas it was just a lot of laughs and a great and fun workout!
Today, I am thankful for my health, my friends both near and far, my family and my pets. I am especially thankful to Michael Hartman, all of the great instructors at ACAC, and my fitness accountability partners. Special thanks to Joan Herman for the photo and videos on Facebook!! That was almost as good as the Mummers!
