We have enjoyed reading a number of sentimental, poignant and heartfelt posts this month, but we both remarked, we're missing some Christmas Cheer. It's time to lighten up.
Therefore, we're going to have a little fun in the days leading up to Christmas. Since we can both be a bit irreverent, these two photos of family children on Santa's lap made us laugh and laugh. We hope they tickle you too.
The first is our granddaughter Raegan visiting what appears to be Santa, fresh out on parole. It reminds us of the line in Elf, "You smell like beef and cheese...you don't smell like Santa!"
This second one is of our nephew's three children. We think it's a wonderful capture of "real life."
Feel free to add your own captions to the photos. The more the merrier. And to steal another line from Elf, "The best way to spread Christmas Cheer is singing loud for all to hear."
