Orange County, California Homes Sales & Values Report November 2017

On November 18, 2017, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that homes values declined 0.1% to the price of $785,000 in November of 2017 from price of $786,000 in October of 2017, but jumped 6.9% from price of $734,500 in November of 2016, While, homes sales decreased 4.2% in November of 2017 from October of 2017, but gained 0.6% from November of 2016 in Orange County, California.

There were 2.8 months supplies of available inventory of homes in November of 2017 down from 3.1 months in October of 2017, and dropped from 3.3 months in November of 2016. On average it took 24.00 days to sell a home in November 2017, lower from 28.0 days in October of 2017, and fell from 46.0 days in November of 2016 in Orange County, California.
