December 26th Mortgage Market Wrap-up 9

Mortgage backed securities (MBS) closed up 3 basis points today at 102.31 having remained below support  offered by all the  moving averages and come to rest 17 basis points below the 10 day. The 30 year was available at 4.125% today.  The 30 year jumbo was at 4.25%.  Whether in New England, the Mid Atlantic or the Midwest or anywhere else in the U.S. history tells us it is time to refinance!!
