Why wait for 2018 when you can meet it?
Many professionals have taken the holidays off to vacation or to gear up for the New Year. I am still engaged, working toward a strong finish for 2017! There is a lot of potential buyer activity in the area right now with visits from family and friends.
I have been answering the phone, returning business calls and scheduling showings in an effort to remain diligent. So far, there is more than $2 MIL in buyer interest in my pipeline with a potential for many more sales through 2018. No time to be still when clients are depending on me to achieve their goals!
Are you taking advantage of what these last few days may do for future business? Meeting new people while expanding the Sphere of Influence may mean more business before the year's end while looking ahead.
