Happy Friday, friends and family. We cannot believe we are saying this, but happy 2018! (Where did the year go?) The beginning of a New Year often brings about new resolutions; some kept, others...well, modified. We thought we would share a couple New Year's resolutions that are doable and will make your 2018 even more fufulling and rewarding. We hope you find these ideas to be useful, and if you decide to stick with any of them, let us know!
1. Drink more water. Keep track of your water intake with an app or a journal.
2. Move more. It doesn’t matter what you choose to do: join a sports team; get a pedometer and take at least 10,000 steps a day; get up every 20 minutes and stretch; or join a dance class.
3. Read more books. Set a goal for yourself to read a certain amount of books per month and stick to it.
4. Volunteer more. Spend time or money giving back to the community.
5. Send more handwritten letters.
6. Go to bed on time. Don't lay in bed browsing on your phone.
7. Quit one bad habit.
8. Take a full day off from social media each month.
9. Go to local, live music concerts.
10. Keep a jar of things you are grateful for during the year.
11. Watch more documentaries.
12. Send "thank you" cards.
13. Lower your daily sugar intake.
14. Double the amount of time you spend outside.
15. Start your morning with a stretching routine.
