Average sales price jumped from $296,790.00 in 2016 to $326,915.00 in 2017, a difference of $30,125.00 in the greater St. George, Utah area (no outside sales). Absorption rate is 2.73 in 2016 compared to 3.31 in 2017. Sold to List ratio went down slightly in 2017 compared to 2016 at 98%.
