Wow things have sure changed since I left there in Sept. 06. I was with RE/MAX Associates in Green Valley and we had an office on Buffalo in Summerlin.
Then I moved to Oregon and Live on the Coast in Florence and have an office with RE/MAX Integrity in Eugene. Prices have not changed dramatically here like Vegas.
I was there for 23 years so I know that market very well and I am still surprised by the drastic drop in prices yet it is still and always will be a destination that people are moving to. I understand the dynamics behind the price drops but I have become accustomed to the markets here in Oregon and we just are not seeing those drops, so it is still hard to imagine. Good Luck in what I still consider my hometown.
