Good post. I was surprised to hear him say that agents need to be content producers. But, it is really true. I don't agree with his comments about video. I think it still has a ways to go to have the quality of a virtual tour. It is getting better though.

I'm not sure there's much new here. Agents have been producing content since the inception of the MLS, and conspicuously omitted was content developed for 1.0 websites.

As far as the future of video...it's major shortcoming is the inability to index it's content. Sure, it's fun but how does a consumer find it?

There is strength in numbers though, and the entire of body of content gets noticed by the search spiders, and that's good

I think that video is going to be a great way to get information to the consumer. Look how easy this post was to find.
