I was interviewed by a local student who asked what is the one physical tool every Realtor should own. They said I could NOT say knowledge or experience here in my Manchester NH area location. It had to be a product. She is doing a paper for college on consumer products, so I was anxious to help.
The first tool I could not live without being a Realtor is my IPHONE X. It allows me to be able to do business where ever I am. It is fast, easy to use and loaded with technology and storage.
She asked if I really thought a phone was a tool. My answer is that yes, it is a tool that without, would hinder business. As she shook her head....
She then asked what tool I used every day that was actually a tool. That was easy. The one tool that i use daily and has come in handy more than any other tool is my MULTI TOOL - LED FLASH LIGHT with all in one tool kit
I need a flash light daily. It has an easy to use knife, screw driver and scissors. It is like a swiss army knife on steroids. It is also light and fits in my pocket. The light is super bright. I have had this one a year and LOVE IT.
The last question was did this tool make me stand out? The short answer was no, but it does allow me to do my job better. We all know that there is a difference from agent to agent. That a Buyer or Seller should not choose just any agent, choose the BEST agent for the job.
My philosophy is simple, provide more personal and professional service to guide my clients through each step of the buying or selling process. All Agents are not created equal and every buyer or seller should take the time to hire the BEST not just the biggest. Those that hire me, find a dedication like no other.
