Having a clear vision
Thank you Peter den Boer
Sometimes folks looking to sell their home need help re-envisioning their home. They have probably lived there long enough to really not "See" their home as a potential buyer would. The sellers have "Rose" colored lenses. Once the agent has helped the sellers "See" their home in a new light, progress can be made towards selling the home.
This new "seeing" can be actually seeing the home with all its faults as a potential buyer would, or just "seeing" that the price the seller envisioned is not based on reality. "Seeing" can be anything.
The seller needs a clear vision of their home as it is now, and also great insight as to how to make it the best it can be when shown to potential buyers.
Having just had my first cataract surgery this month, I am especially in tune to this new insight. My Doctor has given me, at least in my right eye so far, much clearer vision. I now see better and more clearly those things around me that were blurred before. This Doctor is analogous to the real estate agent.
If you are looking to sell your home this year, hook up with a great agent to help you "see" your home from a different perspective. If you need a good reference for an eye Doctor, I can help you there as well! See you later!
