This is a little off topic from what we've discussed before, but I was wondering if you had any recommendations for a Financial planner or a really good tax advisor. The only reason why I ask is because in my lifetime I look to own 2-3 homes, boat, get my airplane license and more. --

When I originally met with this client and her mother, we talked about putting a team of professionals around her. At the time I was speaking about a Realtor, home inspector, attorney and insurance agent. I have already given her those referrals.
As you can see from her email she is now looking to the next level. I will refer her to a financial planner and accountant. She is already thinking beyond the purchase of her first home.
I have always professed, “Surround yourself with those that know more than you do”. That was advice that was given to me by my Dad many years ago.
