Don't Shoot the Messenger

A good real estate agent is one who knows the market and studies it on a daily basis. With the knowledge they collect by studying and being out in the field they than can educate their buyers and sellers. Basically they report to their customers what is happening in the market.  So remember not to shoot the messenger if the numbers your agent reports to you are not exactly what you want to hear. They are simply reporting back to you the market conditions. Always be sure to pick an agent who is active and up to date on what is going on in the market.
