There is a lot of 2018 yet to come and as we look ahead to this New Year it will be exciting to see how our area will evolve. Over the past two years South Central VA has seen an increase in the number of sales going from 874 sales in 2016 to 945 sales in 2017 about a 7% increase. This increase comes as a number of new businesses have been opening and an upswing in the economy has made folks feel more comfortable about buying real estate.

For 2018, we will likely see more of the same with a continued increase as the growth in this area continues and more and more people are coming to this area to work and live.
