There are many different calendar aps, widgets and reminder task lists you can sync up to your phone. Color code these time blocks to be even more efficient. You don’t want to forget that you must pick up your kid at one place on Thursday and an entirely different one on Friday. Crises crossing those days is an extreme breakdown in efficiently and should be avoided at all costs.
