Discounted Commissions!

By
Real Estate Agent with REMAX Community

Why do you want a Realtor that will discount commissions?  Commissions are negotiable.  Keep in mind that if you consider your home valued at a a discount, then maybe this would make sense!

The difference in a discounted commission is minimal, however, many Realtors will elimate them from their searches.

If you are thinking of selling your home in Burlington, Camden or Gloucester County, NJ and want to talk to an experienced Realtor with 16 plus years of experience, then make the call today.

Janet will explain all of your options and get your home sold.

Sometimes one gets what they paid for. I usually pay top dollar for great things myself, but I go Walmart for things I don't care about being bes. If one cares about having the best representation...it usually not with a discounter.

I have done this to stack pile a number of properties that will sell in the same time period. My goal is to settle at least $10,000 per month .

If someone hires an agent for very low %, they get what they paid for. They pretend to pay, and that agent pretends to work. Also, if the agent could not negotiate her own commission, how they expect that agent will negotiate the highest price for their home?
