Crazy Middletown, CT Weather

By
Mortgage and Lending with George Souto NMLS #65149 FHA, CHFA, VA Mortgages NMLS #65149

All you need to do is to take a look at the two pictures above to see how Crazy Midletown, CT Weather has been this year.  It is had to believe that these two pictures were taken a week apart.  The picture on the left was taken last Friday, and the picture on the right was taken yesterday.

We got clobbered with a blizzard like storm last Thursday, it dumped over 12" of snow on us, and the temperatures were in the single digits.  Yesterday the temperatures were in the 60's, with the sun shining.

With temperatures that high the snow disappeared quickly. But it will not be like this for long, because the temperatures are dropping again, and more snow early next week.

It is not unusual for us to have Crazy Midletown, CT Weather but this is extra crazy!!!

Yes George it is crazy weather.  Down here in SE PA we got hit by that same storm earlier, but with less snow, and yesterday it all disappeared because temps went up to 65 degrees from being under freezing for 2 weeks. I even saw some bugs flying around!!  Roller coaster winter for sure.

Hope you get less snow next time around.

Crazy, indeed. Poor plants must get confused with those wild swings of temperatures.

Nothing like crazy weather, George.  You have the weather we had last year.  Today it hit 61 degrees in Central Oregon.  Last year, we were huddling around the fire and worrrying about ice dams and collapsing roofs due to the snow load.  Take care and enjoy the seasons!

Crazy moody weather - has the emotional stability of an adolescent in many spots around the country this winter. Thanks for sharing the photos, George. D

It's crazy everywhere George. We were in the 70's yesterday after the deep chill & I was loving it. Now were headed back into the teens next week again. Mother Nature is messing with us & we're powerless to stop her!

George, it's been like this for us as well. Last week temps went into the 70s, today they were in the low 50s and it's rainy and windy. No fun.

....Experience Isn't Expensive.... It's Priceless!

George Souto this is the crazy type of roller coaster weather that we get every winter in Dallas.  Of course, ours is typically a temperature extreme...we don't get the lovely winter white blanket of snow.

Stay warm!

We have had all kinds of funky weather here as well...from the 50's to the teens...but an unusually sparse amount of snow.

I heard the same from a friend who lives in Connecticut yesterday. We have no snow in Charlotte, but we had 70 degree temperaturs on Friday and now it's 23 degrees.

Don't blink, George Souto ... the weather will change again.  As I write this, we are getting constant snow flurries in the southland of Chicago.  Brrrrrrr .....
