What I find interesting is the median sale price and how it went up from $285,000 the $319,900.
I also found it interesting that the ratio of sales price to list price was 99.9 which I find very close 2 asking price.
Overall the net change was 12.2 % and the months of him inventory remained low at 1.2 months supply
